Therapy for Women Who Want More Than Talk Therapy

You know yourself.

You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You may or may not have done the therapy. You may understand your issues, and maybe even why you do what you do.

And yet…

You abandon your own needs to keep the peace.

You second-guess yourself.

You feel guilty when you say no.

You’re not sure how to manage your feelings with people who suck the energy out of you.

You still find yourself in relationships where you’re doing too much, giving too much, or working too hard to be understood.

You are on edge after years of being criticized by your parent or partner and normalizing the anxiety your body still holds.

You may be the woman everyone turns to—the capable one, the sensitive one, the one who can hold everyone else’s emotions—but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with yourself.

You may not even know what you want anymore or you know exactly what you want, but you can’t seem to permit yourself to have it.

And maybe you’re tired of talking about the same patterns without actually feeling different.

You might be….

  • a woman who learned early to be attuned to everyone else
  • a high functioning or overfunctioning woman
  • a woman who wants to feel safe being herself or in her body
  • a woman who has spent years being accommodating, responsible, and empathic
  • a woman who has begun to wonder, “Where am I in all of this?”
  • a woman who wants to stop abandoning herself over and over again
  • a woman who wants to trust her own intuition
  • a woman who wants a relationship with herself that is based on self-love and self-compassion
  • a woman who doesn’t want to keep living according to her old pattern of behavior
  • a woman who recognizes it is time to delve into her trauma and childhood attachment

You don’t need another person to tell you what’s wrong with you.

You may need someone to be present with you and your pain and offer a safe space to help you hear your own inner voice.

We don’t have to explore everything at once. We’ll work collaboratively, consensually, and at a pace that feels right for you.

I incorporate mind-body-spirit tools and practices to help you heal more deeply and feel empowered. Due to the nature of somatic/body-centered psychotherapy, you don’t even have to tell me about your trauma (unless you want to)!

We will work collaboratively, consensually, and at your own pace.
We are in this together.

You deserve the life and relationships you desire.

When we heal, we have the courage to live more confidently, authentically, and aligned.

MAYBE YOU’RE HERE BECAUSE…

  • You can no longer ignore past trauma, and you realize it’s impacting you today.
  • You are exhausted from taking care of everyone else.
  • You struggle to trust yourself or even hear your own voice over your anxiety.
  • You feel disconnected from your mind, body, and sense of self.
  • You struggle to set boundaries without guilt.
  • You feel guilty engaging in self-care or putting yourself first—everyone else comes first.
  • You feel stuck in unhealthy patterns that don’t match who you are or who you want to be.
  • You want to parent differently than you were parented.
  • You were raised in a stressful home with critical or emotionally immature parents.
  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly second-guess yourself.
  • You may overthink “simple” things, doubt yourself, or people-please
  • You will build self-trust, feel calmer, and more centered.
  • You want to release guilt and perfectionism.
  • You want to trust yourself and set clear boundaries.
  • You want to release self-criticism and perfectionism.

I welcome women drawn to mind-body-spirit healing.
Below are the clients I most often support:

    • Women of all ages
    • Highly sensitive women
      • Young adult and young college-age women
      • LGBTQIA+ folx
      • Moms
      • Neurodivergent people (with or without a PDA profile)
      • Perfectionists and people pleasers
      • Spiritual, religious, or spiritually curious people
      • Women of emotionally immature, critical, or narcissistic parents

Maybe you’ve also been looking for a therapist who doesn’t dismiss the parts of you that can’t be explained entirely through psychology—your intuition, your spirituality, your connection to something larger, the wisdom you experience through your body.

You don’t have to choose between psychological depth and the spiritual parts of yourself here.
