INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES

$180 per 45-50 minutes
Private Pay/Out-of-Network

I do not participate directly with insurance companies and I can offer superbills if your insurance allows out-of-network benefits. I want us to dictate your treatment and I don’t take it because of unpaid and low-paid labor, the burden of administrative work, the loss of your privacy, systemic issues, and potential burnout.
I value freedom and autonomy, and I work hard to maintain a high level of competence and engage in self-care so I can give fully to my clients each session.

GROUP PROGRAM AND GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY FEES
$50-$100/week.
Fees depend on the duration and structure of group.

REDUCED FEE AVAILABILITY
I offer a slightly reduced fee for those who can’t currently pay my full rate for both individual psychotherapy and groups.

WHERE ARE YOU LICENSED?
Colorado and Texas

DO YOU OFFER A PHONE CONSULTATION?
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to determine fit.

DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF TEXAS AND COLORADO?
I am only licensed in Texas and Colorado at this time so I can only provide psychotherapy in these states. I may obtain licensure in other states in the future.

However, I offer parent coaching and psychospritual coaching throughout the United States and internationally.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
Your session schedule depends on your unique needs, goals, and pace of progress.

Initial Phase: I prefer to meet weekly for the first several weeks. This builds a strong rapport and helps me understand your history and current issues deeply.

Transition: We can shift to bi-weekly sessions once you feel ready

Individualized Care: Clients navigating severe or complex trauma often require

ongoing weekly care.

Ongoing Review: We will check in periodically to discuss your progress and adjust your schedule to bi-weekly as your needs change.

HOW DO IN-PERSON AND TELEHEALTH SESSIONS WORK?
In-Person
I meet with clients in person in Fort Collins, Colorado, near Boardwalk Drive and Harmony Road in a comfortable office that faces a pond.
Online
We meet through a HIPAA-compliant EHR platform called Sessions Health. We use the same link each week. You can meet from your computer or phone using this link.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE (No Surprises Act H.R. 133)

Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your therapy may cost.
As someone who does not use insurance and is considered an “out-of-network provider” I am required to provide an estimate before we begin our work together. You have the right to receive a written estimate for the total expected cost of services. If you request one or schedule a session more than 3 days in advance, I offer this to you as part of our intake paperwork.

While each healing journey is unique and timelines can shift, your Good Faith Estimate will help outline expected frequency, fees, and potential long-term costs so you can make an informed and empowered choice about your care.

To learn more or if you ever receive a bill more than $400 over your estimate, you can visit  www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
