The mother-daughter relationship is one of the most powerful relationships that exist. We can destroy our daughters or we can lift them up. I strive to help you find ways to calm your triggers and see the beauty that lies within you AND your daughter, even in our most shameful moments together.

From the time I became pregnant with my first child until now, I’ve spent countless hours reading books, joining parenting groups, doing my own personal growth work, and cultivating presence to create the best relationships possible with my kids—and it is paying off..

This doesn’t mean we ALWAYS feel connected or they even like me 100% of the time! It means that I strive to continue to foster those relationships and allow the relationships to shift as my children grow. Even through our ups and downs, we have managed to stay connected in some way, but it has been up to me—their mother—to lead the way.

Periodically, I offer mother-daughter workshops for moms and their teen or preteen daughters.

My intention in offering these workshops is to help you and your daughter improve communication, understand each other, connect more deeply with one another, and begin the relationship you both want.

During the workshops, we spend time engaging in experiential activities and sharing as a group, in dyads, with the preteens/teens only, and with moms only. This gives each of you space to explore and connect in different ways, so you can begin creating the relationship you want!

Moms and daughters shared that they received the following from the workshops:

  • Enjoyment in watching daughters participate in the meetings
  • Insight and fun from experiential activities
  • Opportunities to listen to their daughters
  • Support from peers through meeting with moms only and daughters only
